CHANGE - change management, change fatigue, feeling settled before the next new thing, etc.  Also, competition with companies in the workforce providing training "in house" and their own certificate programs/academies.

What decisions or trade offs do you see HR leaders needing to make over the next 12–24 months that will have the biggest long term impact?

Navigating change, recognizing the "why" (which will help with motivation to keep going) and the inclusion of new and developing workplace practices (i.e., AI).

What would make time spent at LEAP HR: Higher Education genuinely valuable for a peer in your role?

Learning from their experiences, ideation and brainstorming, and sharing of resources so we don't necessarily need to start from zero.
